
HDmall healthcare financing for Piyavate Hospital Lasik Center is a web application that allows customers to purchase items by paying in installments through HDmall, which makes decision-making easier for them.
Customers who purchase stuff from lasik centers can pay in installments via HDmall.


For the hospital, it is simple to setup a new payment link.
For hospitals, simply access the payment history link.

Due to constraints, I was unable to conduct much research for this design exercise. Following discussion with the stakeholder. I received the user flow and required features. To explore how I might adapt to this project, I decided to look at existing products and see what pain points they were addressing.
With the features and content in mind, and also the user flow that I received. There are two types of end users: consumers and lasik centers.

I focused on the visual appeal, covered the key requirements that I received, and kept it as basic as possible.

My product mood and color decisions were based on its virtual branding identity, with a slight color revamp to suit color contrast accessibility.

This project taught me to be more open to different options and to weigh their benefits, drawbacks, and impact on the company. Often, design involves a trade-off between multiple constraints, and the decision is based on the user's key need, the usage context, and breakeven.
